Kundalini Yoga:

The Yoga of Awareness, consists of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed
by everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability. It is a complete science
that includes breath (pranayam), yoga postures (asanas), sound, chanting
(mantra) and meditation. It is designed to provide you with the experience of your
highest consciousness through the raising of your Kundalini energy.

It is a scientific technology that not only works with the physical body, but also
your energy, which impacts your “mind & spirit.”  Kriyas or sets of exercises are
designed to create a specific result.  You can do Kundalini Yoga for weight loss,
detoxification, creativity, mental focus, depression, changing habits, etc.  There
are 2,500+ of these Kriyas and 5000+ Meditations available to work from, so
anything is possible for those who practice the technology.

Kundalini Yoga is the most ancient form of Yoga known.  It originated in India
thousands of years ago.  Until 1969, this form of yoga was not only sacred – but it
was kept a secret.  It was reserved for only the Elite, and even within this class it
was only passed on from Master to Student in rare cases.  In fact, this technology
was not taught in public until January of 1969 when Yogi Bhajan chose to break
the secrecy and publicly teach Kundalini Yoga in the United States.
