GENTLE YOGA
This gentle class is slower paced. We use affirmations and meditation to immerse ourselves in a profound yogic experience. You will feel stretched, grounded, centered, spiritually uplifted, and ready to begin the day.
About Della
Teaching Yoga since 2005, Della was certified in Kundalini Yoga in 2006. She has thousands of hours of teaching experience under her belt and brings her vast understanding of yoga to each of her yoga classes.
YOGA FOR STRENGTH & FLEXIBLITY
This intermediate class focuses on building strength and flexibility. Core exercises give us foundational stability and strengthen our digestive system. In addition, upper body exercises help provide overall support to our whole structure. As strength increases, flexibility becomes more accessible.
Meditation
In this class, we will explore many types and ways of meditating. From mindfulness meditation to breath awareness to loving-kindness meditation and mantra (affirmation) meditation, you will experience a broad collection of meditation techniques so that you may find a personal (sadhana) practice that resonates with you.
Benefits of meditation
